Our Purpose & Vision
"Our mission as an international Christian organization is to encourage and equip pastors and leaders in more than 27 developing nations. We endeavor to do this by providing ministerial tools to over 3000 pastors, and by sending teaching teams into the continents of Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Our aim is to help God's servants endure in the fulfilling of the call of God on their lives, and to be encouraged in these critical times. Our teams are made up of US pastors and leaders who donate their time and abilities to train others. In any given year 40-45 pastors accompany the 50 teams that go to do the seminars.This ministry gives no ministerial credentials. We do not establish churches under the name of Barnabas Ministries. We exist to edify the leadership of the church interdenominationally. Because God has called us as encouragers and commissioned us to go to the developing world,with God's help we will do these three things
- Mobilize -
We will mobilize the ministry at home to go with a world view, to give opportunity to make a difference through nationals.
- Motivate -
We will motivate pastors in developing nations to sharpen their effectiveness and to become missionaries themselves.
- Multiply -
We will multiply the number of Christians among the world's unreached through their own people.
