A Ministry of Encouragement
One of the great privileges of Barnabas Ministries has been the opportunity to send Bibles, Christian leadership Books, Cassette tapes and other ministerial tools to over 3500 pastors in 29 countries. We have been doing this for over 20 years. But as change is inevitable, it has happened with us also. In May of 2007 the US Postal System changed its rates and regulations. It is not good stewardship to pay the prices they want for packages being shipped oversea. So that wonderful door of provision for so many pastors has come to an end.
BUT WE ARE MOVING AHEAD INTO THE 21ST CENTURY:
A good friend of the ministry, Mary Roberts from Clarksburg, WV sent us a large financial gift to begin afresh. We are now getting ourselves ready to produce CD's and DVD to supply the need for materials. The Garippa Foundation in Naples, Florida produced ready to send CD's filled with sermons of inspiration and challenge. Hundreds of these have already been distributed. So we are in the process of transition. We would covert your prayers as we continue to meet the needs of pastors that do not have the resources so freely available here in our own country.
